kk5 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with or using the kk5 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kk5 platform.

kk5 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. Continued use of the kk5 platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account at kk5, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts and other legal persons are not permitted to hold a kk5 account.
• You must register with accurate personal information including your real name, date of birth and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kk5 or any of its affiliated entities.

kk5 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Should kk5 identify that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended, all balances forfeited and any bonuses voided. Players who accidentally create a duplicate account must contact kk5 support immediately.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

kk5 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and select bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. kk5 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are targeted at 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 24 hours for bank transfers.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the kk5 account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kk5 reserves the right to require additional KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Funds deposited into a kk5 account must be used for gaming purposes. kk5 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where the deposited funds have not been subjected to a minimum of one times (1x) wagering turnover.
• kk5 operates a zero-fee withdrawal policy for verified accounts using bKash and Nagad. Any fees imposed by the player's own payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.

4Bonuses and Promotions

kk5 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published in full on the kk5 promotions page and within each player's account dashboard. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses issued by kk5 unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per player, household or IP address.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible game list are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• kk5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, where kk5 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being abused.

5Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kk5 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account, for the purpose of exploiting welcome bonuses or other promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or against the kk5 platform.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits or withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your kk5 account, or creating an account on behalf of a minor.

kk5 employs advanced fraud detection systems and reserves the right to freeze any account pending investigation where prohibited activity is suspected. Players whose accounts are frozen for investigation purposes will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide relevant documentation.

6Responsible Gaming Obligations

kk5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools and resources to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Voluntary deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion — players who wish to take an extended break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may not be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• Reality check reminders — players may configure session duration alerts that notify them of the elapsed time spent playing. kk5 recommends all players use this feature to maintain awareness of their gaming activity.

7Intellectual Property

All content on the kk5 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, design elements, text and trademarks — is the property of kk5 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the kk5 platform may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, scraped or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of kk5.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kk5 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, sell, resell, transfer or otherwise commercially exploit the kk5 platform or any content thereon.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk5 shall not be liable to any player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the kk5 platform. kk5 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures or force majeure events.

• kk5 is not responsible for the quality, reliability or availability of third-party payment services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Any delays or failures in payment processing attributable to these third-party services are outside kk5's control.
• kk5 is not liable for any technical errors, game malfunctions or communication failures that result in a bet being placed incorrectly. In the event of a proven technical error that results in an incorrectly settled bet, kk5 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• kk5's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kk5's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9Account Suspension and Termination

kk5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kk5 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity; (c) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to kk5, other players or third parties.

A player may close their kk5 account voluntarily at any time by contacting kk5 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be refunded to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. kk5 reserves the right to conduct a final KYC verification before processing the closing balance withdrawal.

10Privacy and Data Protection

kk5 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering with kk5, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kk5 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the kk5 platform.

kk5 does not sell, rent or share player personal data with third parties except as required by law, for the purposes of fraud prevention, KYC verification, payment processing or where the player has provided explicit consent. 11Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the kk5 platform. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies applicable to kk5's operations.

Players who access the kk5 platform from Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. kk5 makes no representation that the platform or its content is appropriate, available or lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside the platform's intended operating territory.

12Contact and Complaints

If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, wish to raise a complaint or need to contact kk5 for any account-related matter, please reach the kk5 support team via the contact details published on the kk5 platform. kk5 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 5 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, kk5 will direct the player to the applicable formal dispute resolution process. The kk5 support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including during Eid, Pohela Boishakh and other public holidays in Bangladesh.
